This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website at https://www.centurioncreatives.com and the LiNK Business Card platform ("Platform").

• Uploaded files: profile photos, résumés, portfolio documents, and additional attachments

• Pages visited and time spent on our site

• IP address and general geographic location (city/region level)

Location data: If you use the Client Connect feature, we may collect precise geolocation data from your device with your explicit consent at the time of use. Precise geolocation data is considered sensitive data under the VCDPA and will not be collected without your affirmative consent.

 

Business account data: If you are registered under a business account, your profile information may be visible to and manageable by your designated Business Account Administrator as described in Section 5.

• Create and manage your LiNK profile and digital business card

• Enable you to share your contact information with others via your digital card

• Operate and maintain our website and Platform

• Process transactions and send related communications

• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries

• Analyze usage to improve our Platform and services

• Comply with legal obligations

 

We will not process your personal data for purposes materially different from those listed above without obtaining your consent.

 

4. How We Protect Your Information

These include SSL/TLS encryption in transit, access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel, secure storage via Wix's certified infrastructure, and regular review of data handling practices.

 

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users and applicable authorities as required by law.

• Business account access: If you are an employee registered under a business account, your Business Account Administrator designated by your employer may have access to your profile data as part of managing that account. You will be notified of your account structure at registration.

• Service providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our Platform, including Wix.com (hosting and data infrastructure), Google (geolocation services), and Google Data Studio. These parties are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.

• Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Centurion Creatives, our users, or others.

• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction, with notice provided to affected users.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you reside, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access: Request confirmation of whether we process your data and obtain a copy of it.

• Right to correction: Request that inaccurate personal data be corrected.

• Right to deletion: Request that your personal data be deleted, subject to certain exceptions.

Uploaded files associated with your account will also be deleted upon account closure.
